We want you to love your BELLAMI hair extensions, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns if the security seal remains intact and the hair has not been worn.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your hair extensions are in their original condition and the gold security seal on the main compartment has not been broken or tampered with.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different shade.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
